We respond to new reality

Contributing to global efforts in sustainability, the year 2020 at BKT street furniture marks the beginning of a commitment to sustainability, adding this component to our vision as an integrating element of our practice. We want to understand the effects that our products have throughout their life cycle and see how our organization influences or is influenced by the expectations of sustainable development.

We seek to leave a positive mark on a global level by creating urban furniture that transforms cities into more habitable, beautiful and resilient places, always maintaining the commitment to improve people's lives in public spaces.

Aligned with this vision, in 2020 we began to fine-tune our design, production and final destination processes for our products, so that the social and environmental dimensions of sustainability are integrated at each stage.

On the other hand, we believe in collective awareness and in the value of information, which is why we will seek to offer users and the general public reliable information on the components of each piece, as well as their environmental impacts and benefits. Thus achieving an environmental education that adds to the responsibility of citizens with respect to public spaces.
